NFL Week 11 Waiver Wire Wonders

Each week we take a look at the top players available in most leagues that can help you win your match up this week. With the playoffs just around the corner now is as important as ever to make the savvy moves needed to set yourself up for a run at fantasy glory.

Lets take a look at the players you should be adding this week...

QB Josh McCown, Chicago Bears
McCown has been very solid in small doses for the Bears while filling in for the injured Jake Cutler. In a relief role last week he very nearly knocked off division rival Detroit Lions. He has plenty of weapons at this disposal in Brandon Marshall, Alston Jeffery and Matt Forte. The match-up against Baltimore this week isn't the greatest but in the coming week he will face the likes of the Rams, Vikings and Cowboys, the later of which have very poor pass defenses. He could be a valuable asset for teams missing a star QB like say, Aaron Rodgers.

RB Andre Brown New York Giants
Brown burst back onto the scene after missing significant time to a broken leg. That leg seems healthy now as evident by the 115/1 line he put up last week. Match-ups with Green Bay and Dallas bode well for big chunks of yardage in the coming weeks. A great pick-up if he is still available in your league.

WR Jarrett Boykin, Green Bay Packers
Head scratcher, right? With Aaron Rodgers out why would we want to pick up a #2 Packers receiver? Boykin has a terrific rapport with new QB Scott Tolzien. They took a ton of back-up reps together at the start of the season before Boykin was moved up the depth charts due to injury. Now they are both starting and clicking on a high level. Boykin out produced starter Jordy Nelson last week and we believe that is by no coincidence. If you need a receiver this week or next, Boykin is the guy.

WR Michael Crabtree, San Francisco 49ers
Boy oh boy does QB Colin Kaepernick need his star receiver back. Kaepernick has been a shell of himself without his favorite target. Crabtree was cleared this week to begin practicing. It will still be a couple weeks before he is back as a legit fantasy option but he is out there in most leagues and is a strong WR1 when healthy. Get him and stash him for your playoff run.

TE Rob Housler, Arizona Cardinals
Has missed some time due to injury but looked very good last week catching his first career TD. With favorable match up the next couple of week he is a name to keep in mind if you have a TE on a bye.
