NFL Week 10 Cash-In: Jacksonville vs. Tennessee

Wild on Sports
NFL Sunday Cash-In
Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Tennessee Titans
Line: Tennessee -13.5, O/U: 42

The Match-Up:

Chris Johnson woke up from his season long coma to break the 100 yard mark on the ground last week. Tennessee comes into the game at 4-4 and in the thick of a very deep AFC Wild Card race. The Titans got their QB back last week in Jake Locker who led them to a very strong victory over the St. Louis Rams. This week he goes against a defense much more vulnerable than St. Louis and will look to build upon a strong week last week.

Jacksonville remains the league doormat at 0-8. To make matters worse they lost star WR Justin Blackmon for the season due to another failed drug test. The good news? The Jags do have a good history against the Titans splitting the series 1-1 in each of the past four seasons. Is this the week they get that win?

Jacksonville is 4-1 ATS in their last five games against Tennessee
Jaguars are 1-20 SU past 21 games as road dogs
Titans have been double-digit home faves nine times since 1993 (7-2 ATS)
Tennessee is 6-2-1 ATS in its last nine game

The Verdict:

Jacksonville is not going 0-16 this year. It's the NFL. There is a reason why nobody goes 16-0 or 0-16...parody. Is this the week? Well, recent history tends to point to this Titans team being the one to cough up a game to the lowly Jags. We'll take our chances this week that the Jaguars keep it under 10 and possibly even win.
