NFL Cash-In:

Each week we give you our top three NFL picks against the spread. Next on the agenda for week 7:

San Francisco 49ers @ Tennessee Titans
SF -3.5, O/U: 41.5

After a pair of embarrassing early season losses the 49ers are back on track having won three in a row heading to Tennessee for a week 7 date with the Titans. The biggest key to that turn around has been the offense which has averaged 33 points in those three wins compared to just 4.5 in the two ugly losses. Granted a couple of those wins came against suspect defenses. Colin Kaepernick and company will be going up against the #10 ranked defense in the NFL this week so it should be a good test to see where they really stand.

Tennessee is much improved on both sides of the ball this season. They will finally get a little stability at the quarterback position this week as Jake Locker returns from injury. The schedule makers have not been kind to the Titans in this three week stretch that saw them play 2013 power houses in Kansas City and Seattle. The last test of this stretch comes this week against the defending NFC Champs. Despite the return of Locker, offensively the Titans are not going to be able to put up a ton of points against a very good 49er defense. The key to the game for the Titans will be stopping the high powered San Francisco offense with hard nosed defense. If they can turn it into a low scoring field goal battle they stand a chance.

Verdict: San Francisco is back. It look them a couple games to find themselves but they look very good on both sides of the ball. Tennessee is a decent team but they just can't score like the 49ers can. 20 points should seal a SanFran victory and a cover.

PICK: San Francisco -3.5
