MLB Power Rankings
July 9, 2013

For the second consecutive week the Pittsburgh Pirates, yes THE Pittsburgh Pirates hold down the top spot in our MLB Power Rankings. The Cardinals, Red Sox, A's and Rangers round out the top five. The Tampa Bay Rays are the hottest team in baseball going 9-1 over their last ten to crack the top 10 again for the first time in several weeks. With ace David Price back in the mix, it would a surprise to no one to see them climb a few more spots next week. This week's big fallers are the San Diego Padres, losers of ten straight and fallers of 5 spots in this weeks rankings.
