What a day indeed. You can't help but feel bad for guys like Reid, Smith and Whisenhunt who all led their teams to Super Bowl appearances in their tenure. With that said, all but maybe Smith we pretty much done deals even before the final games took place on Sunday. Now the search begins for their replacements. The rumors are already swirling in some cases as teams begin the looks at Coordinators and college coaches. For many of the coaches listed above, they will not be out of work long unless they choose to be. You would have to imagine the phones will be ringing this week for guys like Reid and Smith.
